Solve: 3x+9y=36, x=8y-10

3x+9y=36 
x=8y-10 

D3: 3x+9y=36 => x+3y=12 

(8y-10)+3y=12 
11y=22 
y=2 


x=8(2)-10=6 

solution: (6,2)
