Solve 3|2x+5|=9x-6

After dividing all terms by 3 we get 
%0D%0Aabs%282x%2B5%29=3x-2+%0D%0A 

which means 

%0D%0A2x%2B5=-%283x-2%29%0D%0A 
5x=-3 
x=-3%2F5 
but this is not a solution! (why?) 
or... 

2x%2B5=3x-2 
x=7
