what is the domain using interval notation for :f(y)= y+9/y^2-9y

Assuming you mean to write 
%0D%0Af%28y%29=+%28y%2B9%29%2F%28y%5E2-9y%29%0D%0A 
then y can take on any value except 0 or 9 and so 
Domain: 
(-oo,0) U (0,9) U (9,oo)
