Not invertible unless we restrict the domain

y=%28x%2B3%29%5E2

sqrt%28y%29=sqrt%28x%2B3%29%5E2

x=sqrt%28y%29-3

inverse:

g%28x%29=sqrt%28x%29-3

x%3E=0
