Recall that log%28a%2C%28x%2Fy%29%29=log%28a%2Cx%29-log%28a%2Cy%29 and since 0.0943=94.3/100, we can write 
log%280.0943%29=log%2894.3%2F100%29=log%2894.4%29-log%28100%29=+1.9745-2
